If you missed the first week, don’t worry, drop down any Monday or Thursday night and, run/walk with Jimmy at 7:30 on the track. Fitness classes in hall with Sabrina at 7:30, on Monday and Wednesday. Optional weekly weigh in and measurements before and after this 6 week block. All abilities catered for. #beatthebulge #healthynewyear
